Had a great time with friends! The staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious—fresh fruit options made mornings special. Enjoyed hanging out in the cozy bar. It’s close to the beach and some lovely local shops, making it easy to explore. Definitely would recommend!
Dinner was a bit of a letdown since the vegetables could use improvement, but that didn’t ruin our stay.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend getaway in Saint Helier with good value for price. The staff were really accommodating and made sure the kids had a blast during meal times, especially Sergio who had a great rapport with them. Friendly staff made our family feel welcome, and the clean room ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh fruit and quality options that started our days off right. the pool lacked heating, making it less enjoyable, and the bustling café outside our window caused some noise. While the room décor felt a bit dated, the convenient location made exploring local attractions easy.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of hot water for showers. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, including fresh fruit juice, making each morning special. The quiz night was a fantastic touch, adding a bit of fun to our evenings, and we appreciated the cozy bar area.
Rooms a bit dated.

I had a delightful stay at the Norfolk. The room was spotless with a comfortable setup, providing a cozy space for relaxation. Daily housekeeping kept everything in top shape. Breakfast stood out with a variety of high-quality options, particularly the fresh fruit juice which was refreshing. Evenings had a nice quiz event, adding a fun vibe. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the bar opening at 5 pm felt limiting. guests had to buy drinks from outside to enjoy on the patio. The bathroom, while well-maintained, felt a bit small but manageable. Would love to see a bit updates in decor in the rooms for a fresher look. Positioned nicely, it had easy access to local transport right outside the front door. Overall a comfortable experience with just a few areas to enhance.

The bar area is cozy, and they have evening entertainment that adds a nice vibe after a long day of exploring. The breakfast spread is impressive, with quality options that really set you up for the day ahead.
Walking in, there’s a slightly damp smell at reception that’s hard to ignore, which might not be for everyone. The décor feels stuck in another decade, and the bathrooms, while clean, could definitely use a modern touch—especially the showers, which are powerful but a bit tricky for older guests. the corridor's retro charm might appeal to some, but I found it a bit unsettling—a stark reminder of old horror flicks. Some might appreciate the lack of key cards, but fumbling with old-fashioned keys can be a hassle. It could use some freshening up, as the whole place seems a tad too nostalgic without the nostalgic fun.
